In MobBiomeConfig all is ok, but in MSC menu (F6) all Project Zulu mobs are red in all biomes, ExtrabiomesXL too. What does it means?

It means they are disabled in MSC. Make sure to enable and add spawn settings in MSC so they will spawn.
